I sent an email for help to you folks and got an initial email recognizing the request saying i would hear from you shortly… that was weeks ago and no response. I have almost three hundred poems on this site many of which were edited on site and when i search for my name Donna Sorensen only a few come up. where are all y poems? and how can I see them? This is my second time to post here in this section. I had also paid for the year and was never informed you purchased poetry.com. This site is almost impossible to navigate… please answer this comment thank you.

Thank You Donna Sorensen

Hi,

I sent an email weeks ago asking for my poems to be removed. I posted these poems years ago on poetry.com and deleted them over a year ago so I do not understand why they are appearing on your new site. I need these poems removed immediately. Please contact me.

Thank you.

Hi Donna,
Lulu purchased the domain http://www.poetry.com in April, and we were able to keep many of the poems submitted to the previous owners posted on the site as a service to the poets. Every poem that we have record of is currently available on the site. However, the database we were provided by the previous owners is incomplete, and it appears we are missing some poems with no clear way to recover that information. I am sorry for the inconvenience. If you have copies of the poems, it would be wonderful if you considered posting them again to Lulu Poetry.
Thank you,
Annie

Hi Ashley,
Removing poems is temporarily on hold, while we work to improve those features. Later in August, we will have a site update and then poets will be able to edit and delete poems from their own account. I am concerned, though, that you deleted your poems last year and they are appearing on the site again. That should definitely not be the case, and I have asked a member of our support team to follow up with you directly.
Thank you,
Annie

I recently submitted a poem to LuLu Poetry and have not received a confirmation or seen the poem? How long does it take to for transmission? Should I resubmit, and when will I be able to edit, for I forgot to list at the bottom of the poem Copyright information. Please advise as soon as possible. Thank You, Ellen L. Hi Ellen,
There are currently a number of countries that are not included on our submission form, but we are working to correct that. We are planning a number of site updates in August, including an improved registration process that will allow users from all over to submit poems to the contest.

Thank you,
Annie

Hi Ellen L.
Your poem should be available on the site immediately after you have submitted it. I’m not sure why your poem has not show up online yet, but I would suggest you submit it again. Editing of poems is temporarily on hold while we work to improve those features. You should be able to edit your poem a little later in August. A copyright of 2009 will automatically be added to the bottom of your poem’s page, after you have submitted it.
Thank you,
Annie

all my new poems show someone else’s poems to rate; I have asked about this previously and was told it would be taken care of; I see no changes made according to updates mid August; August is nearly over and the same problems are still taking place; why don’t you try putting the rate the poem people are reading at the bottom of that poem instead of opening a different window that only pops up someone else’s poem to rate?

Hi Dee,
I’m sorry that you encountered a bug in our rating system. It should be fixed now.
Thank you,
Annie

I have submitted about five poems over the last ten years to http://www.poetry.com and each one went to the semi-finals or better. but i still can not find them on your website. so i take it they were lost? i have moved to many times to find them.
