Hi Adam,
Your poems should all still be available on Lulu Poetry. I found 18 poems listed under your name.

The best way to locate your poems is to visit your profile page. After you log in, click the blue “Account” link at the top right of the page. This will take you to your profile and a list of your poems. If you were a member of http://www.poetry.com before our site update in August 2009, you will probably need to Claim Your Profile in order to log in. If you have trouble with registration or claiming your profile, please contact our support team at help@poetry.com.

If checking your profile does not return all of your poetry, an easy work around is to copy and paste full_name: “your name” into the search field (be sure to replace your name with the full name you published poetry under and keep the quotation marks), which will pull up all of the poetry listed under the pen name of your poetry. This step will become unnecessary as Lulu Poetry continues to index content and refine the search.

Thank you,
Annie

Annie,
I am so pleased that Lulu’s is back on line, and I’m so sorry for the confusion, at least on my part, that followed in the interim of your absence. Please accept my apologies for any statements that I made during that time as they were made under the duress of confusion and anxiety.
However, I do now have a legitimate grievance. One of the other contestants has copied one of my poems and entered it under a different title. The poem “Where Are You My Love?” by the author Juliet is my poem “Some Day”.
She copied it entirely with the exception of the last verse and the title. This poem just appeared on the list and has only two ratings at this time, my poem on the other hand has been posted for at least a month.
I know that you and your staff can’t catch everything and I certainly don’t hold you responsible for this, but if you read both mine and her poems I believe that you’ll see what I mean. This poem should be removed from the contest as it is an outright attempt at theft, I just can’t hardly believe that she would have the audacity to post it in the same contest.

Tim,
Thank you for letting us know about this possible case of infringement. This is very serious. Both Lulu Poetry’s Membership Agreement and Official Contest Rules stipulate that poems must be original works and users must be the copyright holder in order to post on our site and enter the contest. As such, the poem in question has been removed and we will contact the poet to let them know the reason.

You are always welcome to email help@poetry.com in order to report site abuse or cases of copyright infringement.

Thank you,
Annie

Wow! That was quick! Thank you for your quick action. I still find it almost incredible that she would attempt to enter it in the same contest that she read it in. She did change a few words around along with the title and last verse, but everything was still almost exactly the same! How will Lulu handle this if they agree with me? Will she be expelled from the contest, or will she be given a warning?

Hi, I read on the “About Lulu Poetry” about being able to write reviews, and rate others poetry. I was wondering about how to do this. It may be a simple thing that I’m not quite getting, but then again, my computer tends to act weird on interactive websites. Can you give me any insight? I would appreciate an email if possible. Thank you.

I see the only posts that have an email we can contact are the ones with praise for LuLu. How fair is that?

I am interested in feedback from other poets other than just a numerical rating. Is this possible? If I enjoy anothers work, can I correspond whith them? How does this work? Thank you John W

Hi Agatha,
You are always welcome to email our support team at help@poetry.com, not just with praise but also with questions, comments, or complaints. The support team is there to help you.

Hi Shane and John,
Right now, the only way to give feedback to poets is by rating their poems. We are working on new features so that you can leave comments or reviews for poems and contact poets directly through a message system. We expect those features to be available for you in the coming months.
Thank you,
Annie
