Hi Annie,
You may recall that we discussed the nuisance of a cyber bully abusing the poems tags, and you had said that I could delete them by clicking on the “X” by the remark. I didn’t want to contradict you then so I didn’t respond, when I knew that only the tag’s that I placed on poems had an “X” by them, while tags left by anyone else did not. I just assumed that that would be forthcoming, and of course to your credit they magically appeared on all of the remarks just the other day.
Now that I’ve convinced that most, if not all, of
those hateful comments were made by a single jealous competitor, most likely a child,I would like to remove them. However, some won’t go away. I’ve noticed the same thing when attempting to remove my own tag’s from some of my friends poems. In those instances the “X” just gets fuzzy looking, while the tag remains unaffected.
So do pray tell good lady, How do I go about removing this child graffiti from my poems?

Also, I’ve noticed that some of them that appear to be deleted reappear the next time I come back to the poem.

I do not understand how to get people to read my poetry to rate them!!??

Hi Timothy,
I’m sorry that you are having trouble removing tags, and deleted tags certainly should not be reappearing! Can you please tell me what browser you are using, so that I can provide the most detailed information to our developers? I’ve noticed that tags containing apostrophes sometimes cannot be removed, which I will report to the team. Are you seeing any consistent traits in the tags that you cannot remove that might give us a clue?

Thank you,
Annie

Hi kykaidcj,
Currently the best way to have others read and rate your poems is to share you work. You can invite your friends to the site and ask them to rate your poems. Other poets and readers can also find your poems by browsing on the site, or if your poem appears on the leaderboard readers can find it there.

Thank you,
Annie

Hi Annie.

I was wondering, why still i haven’t claimed my 25$ reward. I answered to the supports email, but i haven’t gotten a reply and there also hasn’t been deposited money in my paypal account. What could be the hold up or the problem?

Best regards,
John Berch

Hi Annie,

Internet Explorer is my browser, and the only thing that the tags have in common is that they are all derogatory statements made from probably the same child.

Hi John,
We did get all your information, and you should be set. Prizes are paid on the 15th of the month following the month you won. So the prize you earned for January will be paid on February 15th.

Congratulations again on winning.
